The Fall International Film Festival concludes on Thursday, December 7th. The library will screen Mia Madre (2015) at 7:00 p.m.

Acclaimed Italian auteur Nanni Moretti finds comedy and pathos in the story of Margherita, a harried film director (Margherita Buy) trying to juggle the demands of her latest movie and a personal life in crisis. Mia Madre premiered at the 2015 Cannes Film Festival and won the Ecumenical Jury prize. Directed, co-written and co-produced by Nanni Moretti (who plays one of the major roles.) Also starring John Turturro. In Italian, English and French with English subtitles. 106 minutes. Rated R.
