Communicate With Your Teenager Using Mind is a Muscle

Join us at 7:00 PM on Thursday, September 28, when Master Alex Choi of Harmony Meditation offers a program for parents of teens, "Communicate With Your Teenage Child Using Mind is a Muscle." Attendees will learn more about how to guide their young adult to think wisely as they deal with such challenges as post-pandemic mental health fluctuations, self-identity concerns, social media content and other facts of modern life that may also strain the relationship between teenagers and their parents. The program will also include a guided meditation session.
This program is free and open to all members of the general public and registration is not required. The Springfield Free Public Library is located at 66 Mountain Avenue.
